Draft of Oct 9, 2026 – to be reviewed before launch (legal review if needed).
What this is about
Logged-in users can write posts under every symbol, reply, mark posts with a “thumbs up” and give an assessment (bullish, neutral, bearish). Posts are opinions of individual users. They are not investment advice and not advice from the operator, and they are not reviewed before they appear.
Not allowed
- Spam and advertising: no advertising for products, services, channels or groups, no referral links, no repeated identical posts.
- Pump calls and market manipulation: no calls to trade together, no false or misleading statements meant to move prices.
- Personal data: no names, addresses, phone numbers or other data of third parties, and none of your own either.
- Hate and insults: no insults, threats, incitement or discrimination.
- Investment advice on someone’s behalf: no paid or commissioned tips, no offers to trade for others or to manage money.
- Unlawful content of any kind, including copyright infringements.
Reporting posts
Every post has a “Report” button. Choose a reason and, if needed, add a short note on why the post breaks these rules or applicable law. Each user can report a post once. Reports go to the operator and are reviewed promptly.
What we can do
- Hide or delete posts that break these rules or applicable law. Hidden posts are only visible to their author, with a notice.
- Suspend users from posting for a set period, and permanently for serious or repeated violations.
- Every one of these decisions is logged with date and reason.
Draft: notice-and-action procedure and statement of reasons under the Digital Services Act (DSA, Art. 16 and 17) – scope and form to be checked before launch. Point of contact (Art. 11/12 DSA) and appeal process still to be defined.
Your rights to your posts
- You can edit your own posts during the first 15 minutes (reported posts no longer) and delete them at any time.
- Deleting your account also deletes your posts. Replies by others remain; in your place it then says “deleted account”.
- Your display name is visible to others: 2 to 32 characters, not already taken and not easily confused with the operator. One script per name (no mix of, say, Latin and Cyrillic letters). Posts by the operator are marked “Operator”.
- Limits against spam: at most 10 posts and 20 reports per hour, 3 to 1,000 characters per post. Links are shown as plain text only.
