The company develops and markets foundational technology for on-device artificial intelligence, low-power computing and wireless connectivity. Revenue comes mainly from sales of integrated circuits of the Snapdragon and Dragonwing families and from patent licensing. The QCT segment supplies chips and system software for mobile devices, vehicles and Internet of Things devices. There are also the QTL and QSI segments, with QSI making strategic investments. For cars, there are the Snapdragon Digital Chassis platforms with connectivity, digital cockpit and driver assistance. The price of QCOM is currently in no zone of this method. The check runs daily after the market close.
Whether a price will soon reach a zone, you see from Watcher. Plans and pricing
How the zone is formed
What is this? The price has formed two similarly deep lows and broken above the neckline between them. This is seen as a sign that the downward move is ending.
Buy zone: retest of the neckline (up to 1 ATR above it). Stop: just below the second low. Targets: height of the pattern from the neckline (1.0× and 1.618×).
The pattern is valid for at most 15 trading days and expires if the price falls below the stop. This is a calculated analysis, not a forecast and not a call to buy. Risk notice and investment advice

Insider transactionsExecutives, directors and major shareholders (over 10%) of US companies report their own transactions in their company’s stock to the SEC within two business days (Form 4). Purchases in the market count as more meaningful than sales (often taxes, estate planning).Example: Three executives acquire stock worth a total of 2 million USD within two weeks → “purchases by several insiders”.More in the Academy: Glossary
